Shortly after publishing Pleasures of Youth I began receiving autobiographical emails from Carina. Her naïve matter-of-factness, freshness and sincerity made her writing as different as faking is, well, to...fucking. Her writing is unusual and compelling.

Hi! i'll be away for a few days, so i won't be able to answer you ( I'm not going with HIM ), but in any case please answer me, i wanna receive your mail when i'll be back on Sunday, ok?
